| LifeSkills Industries in Bowling Green offers people with disabilities a variety of person-centered vocational services consisting of evaluation, work adjustment, and extended employment opportunities. Program staff match the applicants skills and abilities to the needs of the employer. Follow-up services consist of employer / employee contact and intervention to ensure job retention. | Vocational Evaluations provide comprehensive assessments of each individuals physical, mental, and emotional abilities in order to determine his or her vocational potential and to help formulate appropriate vocational goals. Evaluations may include: client interviews, behavior observations, testing, and evaluation conferences. |

| Work Adjustment Services combine real work experience with vocational counseling to assist in the development of effective work habits, behaviors, and attitudes to maximize an individuals potential for employment. Work experience, vocational counseling, educational remediation, and assistance in obtaining other services necessary to maintain a stable lifestyle conducive to employability may also be provided and may include service referrals for assistance in mental health, substance abuse, finances, housing, and transportation. |

| Job Placement Services may be based in the community or provided at a LifeSkills Industries plant in conjunction with work adjustment services. Activities include: job development, resume preparation, interview role playing, exploration of skills and abilities that can be offered to employers. |
